No Scarecrow

For anyone tired of the scarecrow on the base map (or any other map into which it's been placed), this mod is for you. This mod disables the collisions on the scarecrow. It will still appear on the map. You can see it and drive straight through it. But it will never again mess with your hired help that tries to work the field.
