This unique, self-loading bale wrapper for large square bales is capable of 120 cm x 140 cm to wrap square bales up to a size of (W x H x L) x 200 cm, including double bales. In addition, the round bale can be wrapped with a maximum diameter of 150 cm.
The Kuhn SW 4004 Wrapper for square bales to meet your demands and expectations with respect to:
- Stability: Thanks to the solid construction with integrated hydraulic frame shift is achieved wide track. This creates a broad absorption, extreme stability and the ability to also wrap round bales up to 150 cm in diameter. Thanks to the hydraulic frame shift to a transport width of only 2.50 m is achieved. Mudguards and lighting are standard.
- Construction Style: With 2 pairs of steel rollers of the SW 4004 lifts the bale to horizontal without damaging the bale. Thanks to the clever design of the SW 4004 is able to also receive bales from behind, which is a big advantage in corners and on the edges. Because of the wide passage between the 2 pairs of steel rollers, the bales are simply tending, without the risk of the bale is damaged.
- Isobus: The Kuhn SW 4004 is ISOBUS compatible. ISOBUS compatible tractors thus do not require a separate terminal for this winder. Alternatively, KUHN offers two different terminals.
- Excellent Wrap: The introduction of IntelliWrap ™ at 4004 SW resulting in improved management and control of the winding process. IntelliWrap ™ uses state of the art electronics and hydraulics to monitor the winding process and to control the film overlap and constantly adjust - more flexibility is not achieved. Depending on the local conditions, the condition of the crop and the storage time, the operator can simply select the number of film layers (4,5,6,7,8,9 ...) enter into the terminal. IntelliWrap ™ automatically takes the right attitude as a function of the different ball sizes. In short: perfect distribution and overlap of foil around the bale means further savings of film.
- Efficiency: achieved by IntelliWrap ™ and Isobus optimized processes provide for rapid loading and unloading and increased winding capacity. This keeps the SW 4004 with the performance of the balers. Pre-set bale dimensions and the number of film layers are selected by simply pressing a button, and meet the current requirements.
- Useful functions: The SW 4004 used the known 750 mm aluminum pre-stretch with conical ends, standard with reducing the rotation speed by 50% at the end of the baling with only a roll of film and a magazine for up to 10 spare rolls of film. Large wheels provide a minimum of soil compaction and maximum load capacity on soft ground.

ausprobiert und wieder rausgeschmissen aus dem ordner !
habe diesen mod auch getestet was mich stört is wenn man die quaderballen einwickeln will das der kuhn anfängt durch die luft zu springen und dann muss man die ballen wieder neu einsammeln also da währe eine überarbeitung sehr not wendig
ich hab heute ca 170 Rundballen und keinen Quaderballen gewickelt quaderballen gehen überhaupt nicht und mit den Rundballen funktioniert es aber ich muss mich @Manuel080484 anschließen hat vollkommen recht!!!! leider nur 2 sterne
Eigentlich ein Super Mod. Allerdings nur auf den ersten Blick. Ich komme mal zu meiner Bewertung: + Individuelle Deichselverstellung - auch für breite Schlepper + Rundballen wickeln perfekt - Fehlende Versorgungsleitungen (woher nimmt das Gerät die Energie? - siehe Originalfoto) - Textur der Rundballen wechselt beim Wickeln von Gras auf Stroh - Ein Laden der Quaderballen ist nicht möglich. Sie werden beim Aufnehmen aus der Maschine geschleudert (Foto) Alle Fehler treten auch bei der DeutzFahr WrappMaster 4034 auf. Und wenn sich der Verdacht von Ubi123 bestätigt, dann ist das die Spitze des Eisberges... Echt schade... Kein Stern und keine Empfehlung.
Wahrlich ein Super Mod. Nur Schade, das es nicht deine sind. Ich habe beide Wickler schon vor ca 2 Monaten auf einem ausländischen Forum gefunden und da stehst Du nicht, wie hier in der Moddesk.(Vor einer Minute nachgeschaut). Traurig, sich mit fremden Federn schmücken und dick bei Uploaded kassieren.

Ist ja schön das du das halbe programm von kuhn köpert hast aber ich würde gern mal ein paar sachen zum mod wissen
Da ich sowieso nur Rundballen wickle und das mit diesem Mod funktioniert, von mir 4 Sterne.
hab es nicht geschafft auch nur einen quarderballen aus der standartpresse zu wickeln, der fliegt durch die luft, so leider nur 1*, da nicht zu gebrauchen, rundballen hab ich noch nicht gestestet
Zum Aufklappen bzw. eher Ausschwenken rechte Maustaste.
wie klappt der schwenkarm vom dem Winkler auf ???? nur das gerät hinten geht auseinander ???? wat soll das denn welche Tasten Kombi hat das Teil ????
Darf man fragen was gefixt worden ist? Sind immer noch die gleichen Bugs vorhanden wie die wo es seid Wochen schon gibt. Nur neu hochladen und sich in den Credits erwähnen, wenn nichts selbst daran verändert wurde geht ja mal gar nicht.
bei mir klappt der wickler nicht richtig auf welchen Tasten gibts da noch ausser X ???

den ballenwickler jetzt noch für quaderballen dan ist er so wi ich ihn von hier kenne sieht aber klasse aus!! DANKE FÜR DEINE ARBEIT!
Aufnahme von Quaderballen funktioniert nicht, jedesmal wickelt sich das Gerät um den Ballen (Original Presse und einige mods probiert). Rundballen funktionieren einwandfrei. Beim Zurücksetzen über das Pause Menü verdoppelt sich das Gerät. An sich schon mal echt was gutes, was du da gemacht hast. Fehler beseitigen und dann gibt´s 5 Sterne + Empfehlung. So erstmal nur 2.
Jop, stimm ich voll zu, die Quaderballen buggen ziemlich und der Verdopplungsfehler, die einzigen 2 mankos, sonst sehr gutes Gerät :)
Also das ist kein Mod Collis stimmen nicht Aufnahme geht nicht(immer) Ansich bugt der veil zuviel rum Alsoo 0 sterne und zur bearbeitung freigeben
also ich bekomme keinen einzigen ballen geladen, irgendwann fangen die ballen an zu wackeln und fliegen mit dem wickler in der luft herum, wegen kollisionen
Kann ich danach die Ballen noch verkaufen ? und lassen sie sich mit Autostarl noch aufladen ?
