Larger Capacity Pallets

This script triples the capacity of all pallets. Fewer pallets need to be moved around the map, making logistics much easier on large production sites.

• Supports standard, DLC, and modded pallets.
• Modifies existing pallet specifications instead of creating separate high-capacity pallets.
• New pallets are spawned with the increased capacity.
• When added to an existing savegame, pallets already in use are not resized retroactively. Their fill level is simply adjusted to 33 %.
• When the script is removed, no pallets disappear; their fill level returns to the standard value.
