Multiple Silage Types

Enhance your farming experience with the mod, which introduces crop-specific silage variants. Transform your forage harvester output as follows:

• Grass → Grass Chaff (CHAFF_GRASS)
• Wheat, Barley, Oat, Triticale, Rye, Sorghum → GPS Chaff (CHAFF_GPS)
• Maize → Chaff (vanilla, unchanged)

Experience the new bunker silo fermentation process:

• CHAFF_GRASS → Fermented Grass (grass silage)
• CHAFF_GPS → Fermented GPS (whole crop silage)
• CHAFF → Silage (vanilla corn silage)

Harvest grains in their final growth phase into swaths for GPS silage production using a forage harvester and pickup. Forage wagons and balers now include a knife function to process grass into grass chaff. Additionally, forage wagons compact the material picked up via the pickup in the loading area. All fermented types are compatible with mixer wagons, animal feeding, and selling points. Enjoy multiplayer compatibility for an enhanced collective farming experience.
