MF 8700 Convert from LS19

This is a converted MF8700.

Added to this are a large color selection, a selection of all rotating beacons, all tire manufacturers including maintenance tires (Trelleborg), as well as license plate and license plate lighting.

The speedometer has been replaced with that of the MF 7720S, for better readability.
