Manure Pile Fix

This mod adds temperature and wind-dependent steam effects for manure piles and vehicles loaded with manure. Changing the amount of manure activates the effect for ten in-game minutes; after that, it gradually fades over five in-game minutes. The steam display can be toggled on or off by each player in the general settings.

Additionally, this mod prevents negative fill levels for manure piles when they are completely emptied manually.
