Mobile construction site traffic lights

Merry Christmas
We have a little Christmas present for you here. A mobile construction site light. A little information in advance about what to expect:
• Two configs: If one traffic light is red then the other one is green, but you have to switch on both traffic lights at the same time.
• There is also a timer for how long it stays red.
