New Holland Varifeed 30ft

Hey guys, got another New Holland item for everyone. Still needs a little more work but it's good enough for an initial release I think. 

Varifeed 30ft (9.1m) with all default FS15 features working (wheat parts, rape knifes, dirt, particle animations etc.) all adjusted to fit with this shortened version of the NH 40ft header.

Known issues:

- missing smoothing groups (part of the PTO cover looks "blocky")
