No Teleport

This mod completely disables the teleportation feature in the game.

Features:
– Removes the “Visit” button from the map
– Removes the “Visit” button in the production menu
– Disables teleporting between vehicles
– Disables teleporting to NPCs

Update 1.0.1.0:
– Teleport lock added for NPCs
– Teleport lock added for farmlands
– Teleport lock added for other objects
– Code optimization
