Occasional Coughing

Your farmer occasionally coughs out of the blue. This small immersion mod requires no setup and is ready to use immediately.

• Separate cough sounds for male and female characters, automatically assigned to your character
• A cough every 3–10 minutes, both inside a vehicle cabin and while on foot
• No menus or configuration required
• Multiplayer support: Every player hears only their own coughing
