Owendale Michigan

Welcome to Owendale, Michigan!

In 1882, as new railroads expanded into Huron County, two cousins from Saginaw, Michigan—John G. and John S. Owen—purchased land in the Columbia Swamp. A year later, they opened a sawmill to harvest native oak. In 1887, civil engineer Quincy Thomas surveyed the area, establishing the village of Owendale. After the sawmill burned down in 1896, the region transitioned from lumber to agriculture.

This is my first custom map for Farming Simulator 25, and I had a great time creating it. Special thanks to the following modders and contributors who helped bring this map to life:

Note: The map has not been tested in multiplayer.

Gameplay Tip: When owning the first farm, you must purchase the grain dryer separately for it to function correctly. Grain stored in the dryer will not appear in the map silo info unless it is dried. For undried grain, use a standard silo.
