Player Pays For Crop Destruction

Introduce penalty for destroying NPC's crops
This mod penalizes taking shortcuts trough NPC-controlled fields. Penalty is calculated by taking into account:
- wheel size and type
- number of wheels that touch the crops
- distance driven over cultivated ground
- crop type
- crop growth stage
