Polish Political Agriculture

This mod adds an extensive system of Polish subsidies, obligations, controls, administrative costs and farm support programs to the game. It is a standalone version based on Red Tape mechanics, so both mods should not be run at the same time.

Main Features:

• Extensive farm management with applications, payments, contributions and taxes
• Direct payments with application period March–May (70 % paid in December, 30 % in February)
• Simplified support system for farms up to 5 ha
• Additional payments related to cattle and pig farming
• Young farmer bonus of PLN 200,000 (PLN 300,000 for animal production)
• Farm modernization support with cost reimbursement up to PLN 500,000
• Excise duty refund on agricultural fuel based on area and livestock
• Crop insurance with random events such as drought, hail, frost or flood
• Preferential loan with partial interest reimbursement
• Annual agricultural tax and quarterly farm contributions
• Random administrative and veterinary inspections with possible penalties

Animal Husbandry: Biosecurity and veterinary system, deep litter housing with monthly payments (minimum 25 % straw filling), bonuses for herd growth and disease costs.

Environmental Restrictions: Slurry spreading prohibited from November through February.

Also includes crop rotation, fertilization, animal welfare, building stocking, fallow land, construction subsidies and a points and warning system.

This mod transforms the game into a more comprehensive simulation of running a farm under Polish administrative and economic realities. Some rates and rules have been simplified or adapted to the game economy.
