Extends the production menu with production boosters, delivery priorities, and product statistics.

Features:

• Separate booster display with status and effect
• Delivery priority from 0 to +10 for every input and booster
• Weighted distribution to several productions according to priority
• Separate statistics window for output products
• Current best selling price, input value, production costs, and calculated profit
• Savegame and multiplayer synchronization
