Public Works Map

Welcome to the Public Works Map! This is my first attempt at creating a TP (public works) map, so please be kind as it's a work in progress.

What's New in Beta 2:
- Added two new construction sites.
- Added a stockpile of stones.

The next version is already in development and will feature more details, less square designs, and more intricate work.
