Real Vehicle Breakdowns

This script adds a realistic vehicle breakdown and repair system to the game. Vehicles can now be repaired at workshop trigger points, which can only be accessed while sitting in the vehicle. The battery is recharged by the alternator when the engine is running above idle RPM, or at electric charging stations. If the battery level drops to 10% or below, it can also be recharged in the vehicle workshop. This script is still in beta and may contain errors. Use on servers at your own risk.
