This mod enhances the classic Old Wind Wheel with Water Tank by adding realistic weather-based functionality:

• Simulated Windpump Operation: The tank starts empty and fills gradually based on wind speed.
• Weather Simulation: Rain and snow increase the water level. In freezing temperatures, the pump stops and water turns to ice.
• Melting System: Snow and ice melt into water when temperatures rise (4 liters of snow = 1 liter of water).
• Visual Feedback: See the current levels of water, ice, and snow in the tank.
• Immersive Sound: Includes windpump operation sounds.
• AI Support: Includes a water loading point for AI vehicles.
