Realistic Speed Limit with Individual Override

This mod adds a realistic speed limit for vehicles and equipment. The speed limiter can be disabled individually for each vehicle, allowing the cruise control to be used instead.

The limit remains enabled by default. Power and weight still restrict the vehicle's maximum speed, making this especially useful on large fields. The override setting is saved with the game progress.
