Official FMC (Freelance Modding Crew) Release

This update fixes the problem with the liquid manure.

This is Solanz creation of Reime Agri's "Reime 9500l" which is a 9500l slurry tanker. The Reime 9500l has boggi axles. This edit is also supplied with LS-UK modteam's newest PTO modification with a script for slurry tankers instead of balers. Thanks to the LS-UK modteam for letting me use it.
