Restricted Periods for Fertilizer Application

This script introduces realistic restricted periods for the application of organic fertilizers such as slurry, digestate, and manure, aligning with real-world fertilizer ordinances.

Key Features:

• Slurry & Digestate (Liquid):
• Absolute Ban: November, December, January.
• Conditional Ban: February, if the temperature is below 0°C (frost).
• Manure (Solid):
• Absolute Ban: December, January.

If a player attempts to use a slurry tanker or manure spreader during these restricted periods, the action is blocked, and a warning message such as "Restricted Period!" or "Ground Frost!" is displayed.
