The wood chip heating system generates warm air, which, together with the grass bales, powers the production process. Finished hay bales can be sold directly or further processed into loose hay with the electric bale shredder, perfect for animal feed. This smart solution maximizes profit and productivity, making better use of limited harvest windows. Note: Square bales are also accepted.

There are two options available under Productions:

• Small Barn: Designed by Rudolf Hormann for compact to medium-sized tractors, intended for the European market.
  Purchase price: €78,950
  Operating costs: €44 per day
• Large Barn: From AGI Sentinel, designed for large tractors and the American market.
  Purchase price: €143,499
  Operating costs: €50 per day

Input materials: Wood chips, grass bales
Products: Hay bales on pallets, loose hay (bale shredder)
Power supply: Generator with warm air from the wood chip heating system
Sales & processing: Directly onto pallets or into loose hay
