The fsaf_sampt_mamba_MISIL mod brings the European SAMP/T MAMBA air defense system equipped with ASTER-30 missiles into Farming Simulator. Developed by France and Italy under the Eurosam consortium (MBDA + Thales), this mobile surface-to-air and anti-missile system provides protection against aircraft, drones, cruise missiles, and tactical ballistic missiles.
System components included:
- ARABEL 3D radar (Thales) with full 360° coverage
- SEMIA command module
- 8x8 launcher vehicles, each carrying 8 ASTER-30 missiles
- Reload vehicles
- Typical battery load: 32–48 ready-to-fire missiles
ASTER-30 missile specifications:
- Speed: Above Mach 4.5
- Range: 80 km (Block 0) / ~100 km (Block 1)
- Max altitude: 20–25 km
- Guidance: Active radar seeker + autonomous navigation
- Maneuverability: Extreme, using the PIF-PAF thrust-vectoring system
