Sawmill Platinum capable

Platinum sawmill - now for all maps
Good Morning,
I once buttoned up my sawmill and installed the productions of the Platinum DLC.
Additional spawn areas have been added, just like in the Lumber Mill DLC.
I also added a sales station for pretty much all wood products.
It remains to be seen whether there will be further processing options
