Schema Position

Relocates the "Vehicle Schema" to any corner of the Screen
Keyboard Inputs:
Toggle the Help Menu (F1) to update position after using the following:
- "Right ctrl" + "0" = Top Left (Original Position)
- "Right ctrl" + "1" = Top Right
- "Right ctrl" + "2" = Bottom Right
- "Right ctrl" + "3" = Bottom Left
