Second Chance Property Management brings a functional property-rental and leasing system to Farming Simulator.
Place the Property Management Sign on land owned by your farm, open the interactive management screen, and create a month-to-month rental agreement or a fixed-term lease. Managed properties generate one monthly payment recorded under the base-game Property Income category.
