Self-Marketing Pack

With this pack, you can establish your own direct marketing business. Choose between various sizes of sales houses and vending machines to suit your needs.

Self-marketing ensures fresh food for your customers 24/7, with the added benefit of knowing exactly where their products come from. By eliminating middlemen, you provide products directly from the producer, ensuring freshness.

For producers, this means straightforward and direct marketing of your own products, resulting in higher profits but also some additional work. Depending on the model chosen, different costs and profit opportunities are available.

Important: Each building comes in two versions. You can find them in the relevant category:

• Selling stations are genuine selling stations and can only be used by the owner.
• Productions function similarly but are classified as productions! This means you sell less but maintain the same profit. Products are phased out over time, creating a realistic farm shop experience. Simply activate the goods you want to sell in advance.

Decide which products to sell via the production menu. Select and activate "production" for your chosen products. Additional costs may apply for specific precautions like refrigeration.

The sales houses are available in four designs:

• Large: lettuce, tomato, grape, potatoes, flour, milk, butter, cheese, eggs, honey, oils, bread, wool
• Small: lettuce, tomato, grape, potatoes, flour, milk, butter, cheese, eggs, honey, oils, bread, wool
• As extension: lettuce, tomato, grape, potatoes, flour, milk, butter, cheese, eggs, honey, oils, bread, wool
• Very large: lettuce, tomato, grape, potatoes, grape juice, raisins, flour, milk, butter, cheese, chocolate, eggs, honey, cereals, oils, bread, wool, hay, fabric, clothes

Features include lights and doors that can be operated.

Four vending machine variants are available:

• Vending machine: milk, eggs (price: $12,000)
• Milk vending machine (price: $15,000)
• Large milk filling station (price: $25,000)
• Small milk filling station (price: $11,000)
• Box for potato sale (price: $1,000)

These vending machines have small additional features for realism, such as opening doors. Unlike previous versions from FS22 and FS19, these are now permanent buildings.

Three houses in two sizes are offered as shelters (price: $5,000 - $27,500).
