Server status

Hello,
here I have time for you, a small PHP script for euere website.
The script allows you to see on your website if your Dedicated Server for LS is online or offline.
Nothing really big, but it is intended for one or the other to use well.

What do you need so that the script works:
A Dedicated Server for LS2013
and a web space (web page) with FTP access.
