Show/Hide Trigger

This mod assigns a button to the setting for showing or Hiding Trigger Markers This enables the player to switch them on or off without going through a menu.
Features:
- Initial assignment is to the "=" key which can be changed in the standard key bind menu
- Using this mod doesnt changed the stored value for the setting
