Here for you is the sign posts, you can rotate the signs there are centered to the posts so will be easy for you to use in GE, set rotation in y to your needed value, each Item has clip distance at 200 and is named Properly .

sorry i will not make in German, there is alot of German signs to use but very little english signs, these sign names cannot be changed unless you edit the normal map also.
