Skoda Octavia Scout 2017 NEF

This is a redesigned Skoda Octavia Scout 2017 from TschiZack. I have given the original other front flashers, license plates, a different siren and a different skin. The vehicle is a funmod and is supposed to promote fun. The skin has a real role model that I have inspected (not adopted 1: 1).
