Smart Wipers – Indoor Detection for Auto Wipers

Smart Wipers prevents automatic, rain-sensitive wiper activation from needlessly switching on in sheltered areas. When the game identifies the vehicle's location as indoors, automatic activation is suppressed. Once the vehicle is driven back outside, the wipers resume their normal automatic operation.

• Prevents automatic wiper activation while a vehicle is indoors.
• Restores normal automatic wiper behaviour outdoors automatically.
• Leaves manual wiper controls unchanged.
• Uses the game's built-in indoor detection and requires no configuration.

Compatibility note: This mod follows the game's indoor classification instead of detecting physical roofs directly. As a result, some open areas may be treated as indoors, while certain covered areas may be classified as outdoors. Compatibility with other mods that affect windows, rain or wipers has not yet been fully tested, particularly alongside Realistic Window Rain and Dust.
