• Farm 2: Perfect for starting a contracting business, or can be used as a farmer or forester.
• Water Sources: Draw water from lakes or wells.
• Sales Points: Plenty of sales points are available on the map.
• Productions: Small-scale agricultural productions have been modified and are placeable. Larger productions remain small.
• BGA: A Biogas Plant (BGA) is available and can be expanded.
• Sawmill: Includes sufficient space for expansion.
• Customization: All fences and yards can be sold.
