2 cow and sheep pastures
several forest lots that can be purchased individually
several outlets and productions scattered across the map
all farm buildings can be removed
terrafarm ready
some mods will be downloaded automatically at startup, the only mod not present on modhub will be found in the link below

Wer ohne die fehlende "sawmill" spielen möchte kann auch die "modDesc.xml" der Map öffnen und einfach den Eintrag " <dependency>FS22_sawmill</dependency>" rausnehmen. Dann lädt die Map auch ;-)
Die "sawmill" die fehlt ist die mit den Animationen: <author>mojoAT/s_w_modding/GTX</author> <version>1.0.0.0</version> <title> <de>Sägewerk</de>
