Uragan Missile System

The BM-27 Uragan, also known as 'Hurricane', is a 220 mm self-propelled multiple rocket launcher developed in the Soviet Union. It was designed to deliver cluster bombs and entered service with the Soviet Army in the late 1970s as the first fin-stabilized heavy multiple rocket launcher. An updated version, the Uragan-1M, was commissioned in 2008. The truck vehicle used in this version has no similarities with the original.
