Vehicle Leasing

This script adds a realistic leasing system for vehicles and machinery to the game. Instead of paying the full purchase price upfront, you can flexibly finance any vehicle.

When signing a contract, you define a down payment, the lease term (6–36 months) and a residual value (0–50 %). The system then calculates the monthly installment, the interest (4% p.a. by default) and the total costs. Early repayment is also possible at any time – saving you future interest costs.

All active lease agreements can be conveniently viewed and managed via Statistics → Vehicles → Leasing Overview or directly via Ctrl + K. If the final payment cannot be made, the vehicle will be repossessed.

Currently only playable in single-player mode.
