Clogging Addon

Important: This addon requires the FS25 Realistic Harvesting mod, which must be installed separately in the mod folder. Realistic Harvesting is not included in this download.

The Clogging Addon finally brings more realism to harvesting in the Farming Simulator. It automatically integrates itself into combine harvesters and forage harvesters, extending Realistic Harvesting with a realistic clogging and overload system.

Features:

• Realistic clogging based on engine load and material throughput
• Different tuning options for Arcade, Normal, and Realistic
• Combine harvesters can clog under excessive load
• Forage harvesters react especially strongly at high engine loads
• Header, intake, and pickup stop when a blockage occurs
• Intake can be reversed
• Intake animations play in reverse when reversing
• Grass pickups drop material back in front of the pickup when reversing
• Reversed grain can land back as a windrow and be picked up again
• Severe blockages require exiting the vehicle and clearing the header manually
• No artificial speed limit – the driver decides how hard to push the machine
• Multiplayer and dedicated server compatible

Controls:

• Y – Reverse intake / header
• Z – Restart the machine after clearing
• Z – Manually clear a hard blockage at the header

Note: The load depends on factors such as the machine, engine power, working width, crop yield, and driving speed. This means behavior can vary significantly depending on the vehicle and field. If you constantly push your machine to its limits, expect the intake to clog eventually – just like it should.
