How to use:

1. Buy and place it under Placeables → Production → Factories
2. Open the production menu and activate the water recipe
3. Switch the output mode to "Distributing"

Note: Water is only distributed to productions, not to animal pens. It may take some time for the windmill to fill all your productions.
