Winemaking is the ideal complement to your winery.
.
In addition to wine, you can also make mead, provided of course that you also have bees.
For wine production sugar is necessary but do not worry because you do not have to produce it yourself, it is available for purchase in the store.
Have fun and don't overdo it with the wine tasting

Great mod, however, sugar is not used for wine production. At least on a true winery.
In Germany and Austria, enrichment with sugar has been common practice for centuries, as it is in Luxembourg, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic. In Germany, the alcohol content may be increased by 3.5 percentage points, and in climatically difficult zones by as much as 4.5 points with an exemption.
