The Worker Skill System brings your farm crew to life! Instead of anonymous helpers, you now manage a real farm team with individual employees who each have their own skills, strengths, and specialties.

• Saved statistics and progression tracking for every worker
• Job suitability checks: Not every worker can operate every machine
