Map 'Zarya' for Farming Simulator

The original creators of the 'Zarya' map for Farming Simulator 22 are Den_Ben, with the adaptation for Farming Simulator 25 by MishkaGammi.

Updates and Fixes:

• Fixed infoLayer farmland - no more errors.
• Added license plates to traffic (region 152 / 52).
• Optimized placables.xml file by removing unused and unnecessary content.
• Improved performance - FPS stability, especially in the upper part of the map.
• Addressed minor visual flaws for a better visual experience.

All changes are focused on enhancing stability, increasing productivity, correcting technical defects, and maintaining the map's original atmosphere.
