Addons

Not every extension is a tractor or a barn. FS25 addons are the small helpers that make the game more comfortable, better looking or easier to organize – from a graphics preset to a utility for server admins. Many addons remain available for FS22 too.

Four groups you will come across

• Graphics: ReShade presets and shaders that change lighting, contrast and color.
• Radio: station lists with internet radio from countries such as France, Poland, Finland, Italy or Canada.
• In-game convenience: shop favorites, a farm tablet, moving placeables after the fact or an autoload system for cargo.
• Multiplayer and admin: a server journal, tools for syncing the mod list and a central settings menu for mods.

ReShade presets require the external ReShade program and are generally not loaded through the mods folder – the author's instructions explain the setup. For deeper changes to game mechanics, look in Scripts; corrections are under Patches, and the rest is in Useful Things.
