Adjustable Fill Level

This mod introduces a store configuration option that allows you to purchase fillable vehicles and tools with an adjustable fill capacity. The base capacity can be multiplied by the following values: 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 5, and 10.

No keybinds are necessary, and there is no HUD clutter. The capacity is selected directly in the shop.
