Black Hull Segments

This mod introduces a black hull segment (It's actually inverted). And is an example on how to introduce a new tile using the mod capabilities.

It will demonstrate how to:

1. Format sprite sheets for tiles
2. Add a recipe to said tile
3. Add tags to create an indoor tile which can hold items and oxygen
