CH-47 chinnock and V-22 OSPREY

So since i also want to contribute the best way i can, i decided to clean up my most popular craft the v22, and create a new CH-47 that was asked long ago for all to enjoy.

This mod is picked up from the v-22 osprey from MKSheppard, and works with vanilla openxcom without extender
