FSM The Beast
The new version 2.1 is here.
The log was and remains error-free.
Uploading to other platforms is ONLY allowed with the original link.
The Beast:
The price of this infernal machine is € 180,000
It contains a 1100 HP Fendt unit that drives the 8 tree-eating rollers.
Handling is child's play: just get in, extend the support feet, start the engine and switch on the rollers. The deforestation can already begin.
IMPORTANT The automatic engine start function must be deactivated in the mission setting, otherwise the engine will always stop.
The new and improved beast (known from LS17) drives on with new work lights which make working at night very comfortable. There is even a light point to better aim at the transfer tube. The volume of the integrated "buffer storage" is now 50m³ which corresponds to a number of liters of 50000L.
However, the beast is very voracious. The engine is always kept at idle speed, as this would eat up 1000L of diesel per hour at full power.
There are now 2 tire variants which are available. However, negotiations are already underway with other manufacturers and hopefully we will be able to offer more tire variants soon.
Unfortunately we have to inform you that the Iveco that was offered at that time is no longer manufactured and will probably no longer be available in the future.
Language support: DE / EN / PL / FR
Many thanks to the FSM team who gave me permission for the conversion.
The saw table:
This trailer was developed by me in order to be able to "feed" the beast properly.
It is equipped with auto-start sensors, which means that as soon as it detects wood, it switches itself on automatically.
As long as you have a tractor in front of it, you can start it manually. You can also adjust the height of the left side wall and the height of the right support feet.
This means that the saw table could be extended as required by placing several trailers next to each other. Furthermore, the table has a function control which consists in the fact that the hazard warning lights are switched on as soon as it starts.
The two tire variants are also available here,
as well as a full color scheme.
To do:
- So far no one has reported, so I don't know if this is a fault in the device, but I wasn`t able to refuel
the Beast, I'm trying to fix it.
- The saw table should actually have a crane.
(Technically already included but not yet functional)
