Placeable Object Color Picker Fix

This modification fixes an issue where the custom color picker for placeable buildings became inaccessible after a game update.

• Restores the original color selection for affected placeable objects.
• Uses the game's original color selection interface.
• Preserves existing custom colors.
• Does not modify the game's original files.
• Supports singleplayer and multiplayer.

Compatibility: PC only. Do not use together with Enhanced Color Selection. Extended Material Color Picker was successfully tested alongside this fix.
