0.5 MW power needed to charge ( 2 hours to full charge )

Takes only one third of the parts to build it, much easier to build than a full power battery.

As well, this battery yields its power cells back ( as that we engineers know how to build things in a way that we can take them apart and move them again ! )

BUT at the cost of it being almost fully discharged when built ( only 5 % power reserve )
