Manual Refueling System Fix

This mod fixes an issue in the Manual Refueling System where trailers and tanks could no longer be filled from standard fill triggers such as water, lime, and other compatible silos. The fix restores normal filling behavior while fully preserving the original mod's manual refueling functionality. All credit for the original mod goes to its creator — this upload only provides the bug-fixed version so that the system works reliably with all standard fill triggers again.
