Manual Refueling System (Fix)

Fixed version of the manual refueling system.

An issue has been resolved where trailers and tanks could not be filled via fill triggers such as water, lime, and other compatible silos. The normal filling behavior has been restored while keeping the intended manual refueling functionality of the mod.

All original credit for this mod goes to the original creator. This upload simply provides the bug-fixed version for players experiencing the same issue.
