Precision Farming Liquid Lime Fix

Fixes liming with Precision Farming and provides more realistic application rates for liquid lime.

• Liquid lime is recognized as lime by Precision Farming. Consumption follows the application weights defined by the map for lime and liquid lime. Using liquid lime saves 20 percent compared with solid lime.
• When the map provides a realistic application weight for liquid lime, the spreading display shows the correct application rate.
• Partial-width sections without a valid measurement point now use the soil type and target value at their own position instead of the average across the entire working width.

This mod does not add liquid lime to the game. Your map must already include it and define it sensibly.
